Throughout his career, Jesse has continually applied his progressive leadership skills directing dozens of multi-disciplinary projects. He is a subject matter expert in formal Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) techniques whose practical applications encompass system efficiency, energy and infrastructure optimization, strategic use of assets, and liability-to-asset conversion delivery. His core experience spans site administration and management of radioactive materials, along with licensing and regulatory affairs with the NRC and Agreement States. Jesse's specialty concentration is water treatment system planning, engineering, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning, and groundwater remediation projects. He is a technical and regulatory expert on radiation, health physics, uranium recovery, radon, dose assessment, and dose reconstruction, and has authored and co-authored various SOPs, policy directives, training programs, and specifications. He graduated from Excelsior College with a BS in nuclear engineering technology and earned his master's and doctoral degrees from Old Dominion University.

Jason's 25-year repertoire spans medical health physics, nuclear power generation, industrial radiation safety, nuclear engineering, water chemistry, nuclear and radiological permitting, X-ray safety, training, and education. He is a Certified Health Physicist, a former president of the North Central Chapter of the Health Physics Society, and an active member of the exam panel for the National Registry of Radiation Protection Technologists. Jason earned his bachelor's degree from Thomas Edison University and holds two master's degrees — one from Southern Methodist University in engineering management and the second from Oregon State in health physics. He is currently a PhD candidate at West Virginia University.

With nearly twenty years' experience in commercial nuclear power, Jeremiah is an expert in reactor operations, electrical engineering, nuclear engineering, and radiation protection. His extensive experience in the nuclear industry is complemented by decades of supporting work in business finance, business management consulting, training, and education. Jeremiah earned his BS from Excelsior College in nuclear engineering technology and also holds an MBA from Walden University.
Jennifer Williams
Jen brings more than 20 years of varied experience in mortgages and real estate, cryptocurrency analytics and trade, performance-based sales and marketing, and customer service. With a keen and detail-oriented approach to conducting radiation surveys, Jen is a trained radiation technician familiar with the use, function, care, and maintenance of common radiation instruments. Her varied skillset is further complemented by her understanding of team dynamics and application of emotional intelligence. Jen holds a BS in psychology from North Central College.
