Sameer leads a 50+ member litigation consulting team at Blue Ocean Global Technology, specializing in litigation consulting. Given the unique nature of each case, our firm provides a competitive advantage through a comprehensive team approach, including legal research, data analytics, private investigations, digital forensics, financial analysis, and interviews. We are strategic with client resources, ensuring that reports are developed collaboratively within our team to achieve a blended rate. However, all reports and testimony reflect Sameer’s independent professional opinions.
He has consulted on 400+ cases and regularly delivers CLE programs for State Bar Associations. He is a former investment and private banker, which affords him a framework for calculating damages on a wide range of case mandates. Over the past decade, Sameer's responsibilities at CFA Institute included hosting their talk show, publishing thought leadership articles, serving as a Senior Grader of CFA Level 3 exams, and speaking to 60+ CFA global societies.
Past testifying experience includes federal, state, civil and arbitration courts. In 2023, Sameer testified against META. Most of his cases settle before trial.
