Services:
He prepares on average 300 - 400 reports per annum on injury and medical negligence cases; the distribution being approximately 45% claimant, 30% defence cases and 25% as Single Joint Expert. He averages 5 Court appearances per annum, with his evidence being accepted over 80% of cases in the past year in where he has been called to trial. He has a database with settlement values, but this is not quoted, as the individual cases very, although most cases are in five to six figure awards. The practice is beginning to show a bias more towards 50/50 defence to claimant work and if it is felt a case is unsustainable, the practice is to advise the instructing solicitors, rather than continue with what are felt to be unreasonable expectations.
