He helps counsel quickly identify the key facts, decisions, and documentation in the claim file and assess whether the handling aligns with accepted industry customs, practices, and common standards, including good faith and bad faith claim handling.
His experience includes first‑party and third‑party matters across Personal and Commercial Auto, Homeowners (including HO‑3, HO‑4, HO‑6, HO‑7), Lender Placed Insurance, and Collateral Protection Insurance, along with oversight of SIU, Subrogation, and Vendor Management functions in large claims organizations.
