Mr. Rosenblum has consulted on a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters. Representative case experience includes undisclosed structural defects, toxic environmental conditions such as mold and water intrusion, and failures in broker and agent due diligence.

He has provided expert analysis in cases involving fiduciary duty breaches, agency disputes, standards of care violations, and professional malpractice.
