Mr Andrew Duncan Kay is a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon and service lead at University Hospital Birmingham. Mr Kay trained in London, Cambridge and Glasgow prior to the appointment of a consultant neurosurgeon at the University Hospital Birmingham in 2003.
