Experience:

Dr Daniel Maughan is a Consultant Psychiatrist working in Oxford. His specialty is general adult psychiatry and he has a particular interest in supporting employment matters alongside other expert witness roles. He is highly experienced at writing court reports and tribunal reports as an expert witness.
Dr Maughan has been awarded the Royal College of Psychiatrists Presidents Medal for services to psychiatry and a member of the Oxford University Department of Psychiatry, where he is actively involved in research.
