Trevor regularly acts as an Expert Witness in a variety of judicial and quasi-judicial disputes including professional negligence claims, (against valuer’s, solicitors and others) planning appeals, as well as partnership and matrimonial disputes.
He is a specialist in the valuation of all forms of licensed leisure and other hospitality businesses including restaurants, pubs, clubs, bars, hotels, theatres, amusement arcades and many other types of leisure property.
