I am an expert witness in statistical and analytical issues and have served in this capacity for more than 35 years. I have worked for both US governmental agencies (US DOJ, EPA, USPS and the Federal Trade Commission) and State agencies (California Medicaid and Denticare Fraud/DOJ as well as a number of other states' DOJ including New York and Florida). Additionally, I have supported both non-governmental agencies, e.g., insurance companies, and commercial pharmaceutical/biotech companies.

I have been a part of more than 50 depositions and court hearings and have testified in both Federal and State courts on a number of occasions. I have worked on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Cases have included healthcare fraud, patent infringement, product liability and injury, stock market price manipulation and clinical trial interpretation. I am able to testify on the use of sampling methods and sample size determination from small and large databases, the appropriateness of statistical methods, the design of experiments and the interpretation of data evaluations in various environments including clinical research trials
