Qualifications:
I graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2012. I subsequently completed my FRCS in Urology through the Joint Committee on Intercollegiate Examinations in 2020. In the same year, I also earned an MSc in Healthcare Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
To support my medico-legal work, I completed the Bond Solon Excellence in Report Writing course in 2024.

Experience:
I am currently a Consultant in Urology at Pinderfields General Hospital in Wakefield, United Kingdom, a role I have held since October 2021. I also work as a Consultant in Urology at Spire Methley Park Hospital. I serve as the Primary Investigator in the PARTIAL Trial and the UroBank trial for Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. Additionally, I am a member of the NIHR committee for Yorkshire focused on Urology cancer, Cancer Lead for Urology at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Research Lead for Urology at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust.
I am fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC number 7380758) and hold memberships in the British Association of Urological Surgeons, the Royal College of Surgeons, and the European Association of Urology.
Throughout my career, I have contributed to numerous research studies and publications, including work on selective transperineal prostate biopsy, traumatic corpus cavernosal fracture, Skene’s gland adenocarcinoma, day-case surgery for transurethral resection of the prostate, and MRI/Ultrasonography fusion-guided biopsy techniques. I have been honoured with several awards, including Best Presentation at the Yorkshire Urology Audit Group Annual Meeting in 2019, Second Place in the Locally Employed Doctor of the Year Award at Hull University Hospitals NHS Trust in 2019, and Young Investigator of the Year by the British Medical Ultrasound Society in 2017.
