Qualifications:

Greg Libby is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #011252760) with more than 30 years of commercial and residential real estate experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Greg also serves as a Course Facilitator for Cornell University's eCornell Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program, where he teaches professionals in areas including asset management, property management, commercial leasing, development, and real estate operations.

Experience:

Greg has held senior leadership positions with Hughes Marino, Realty Income Corporation, Islands Restaurants, and Wall Street Property Company, giving him extensive experience across the retail, office, industrial, warehouse, distribution, and agricultural real estate sectors.

As Senior Vice President of Portfolio Lease Administration and Advisory at Hughes Marino, Greg advised regional, national, and global clients on lease portfolio management, helping organisations reduce risk, improve compliance, control costs, and optimise lease administration processes.

Previously, as Associate Vice President at Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O), he served in a variety of operational and executive management roles, including Head of Property Management. He led nationwide teams responsible for the management of a large commercial property portfolio, overseeing operations, facilities management, budgeting, capital expenditure planning, construction, maintenance programmes, and vendor management. His responsibilities included developing and managing large-scale capital improvement projects involving roofing, HVAC systems, parking facilities, and other critical building infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Greg has gained extensive expertise in property management, commercial leasing, development and redevelopment, construction management, financial modelling, corporate real estate, REIT operations, and strategic asset management.
