I specialize in HR and employment law compliance, including ADA accommodations, FMLA, medical leave management, essential function job descriptions, and wrongful termination. I provide consulting services to organizations of all sizes—developing HR policies that align with federal and state laws while addressing workplace challenges.



My expertise includes vocational rehabilitation, conducting vocational assessments, labor market evaluations, and return-to-work plans for employment litigation, personal injury, and divorce cases. As an expert witness, I support cases involving ADA compliance, FMLA, wrongful termination, workers' compensation fraud, and employment standards.



We have begun being asked to provider expertise in Criminal cases. HRM is interested in focusing on Sheriff Department ADA compliance in the criminal justice system. We are assisting in cases involving parolees, probationers, and court hearings and have successfully sued a county to assure they implement a compliant ADA process. I will start to take one pro bono case for each state to help ensure Sheriff departments across the county are complying with ADA. Our intention is deliver results-driven strategies that support compliance, fairness, and collaboration, bridging the gap between HR professionals, attorneys, and the criminal justice system.

I hold national certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a California-specific credential and am also a certified mediator. Each year I travel around the country presenting to HR personnel and Voc Rehab Professionals on Managing Medical Leaves and Accommodations in the workplace.
