Expert Witness 2009-2024. Licensed during career in Ohio for teaching 7-12 and Administration K-12, and in Kentucky 7-12.

35 yrs. School Board member, High School Principal, Jr.High & Elementary Principal. Social Studies teacher. Urban districts: Cincinnati, OH & Newport Kentucky. Expertise in 25 cases includes school accidents, civil rights, grooming, wrongful termination, teacher supervision, physical and sexual harassment & abuse, professional error, failure to serve, school discipline, school emergency response, student death, student injury and more.
