I would not publish Section 26 exactly as written. Your lawyer should fill in the governing-law/jurisdiction clause after confirming the legal entity behind WitnessDirectory.com. That’s one of the areas where getting the wording wrong can actually hurt rather than help.
I also intentionally made the directory disclaimer very strong. For your business model, that’s important: WitnessDirectory.com should clearly be the platform that helps lawyers find and contact experts, not a party guaranteeing an expert’s qualifications, opinions, conduct, fees, availability, or litigation results.
