Training - was the required or suggested training delivered and was the method of delivery consistent with Best Practices in the HR Industry. 3. The investigation - was it immediate, thorough, complete and objective. 4. The conclusion of the investigation and the communication of the results- was the complainant included in the delivery of the conclusion? Was the alleged included in the delivery of the conclusion? Were those with a "need to know" apprised of the conclusion. 5. Was there a remedy and was it effective? The remedy must meet the level of the severity of the infraction and the remedy must assure that the behavior doesn't recur. 6. Were the complainant and the witnesses protected from retaliation? 7. Documentation and follow-up. Does the documentation bear out the conclusion of the investigation? Was there follow-up to assure the behavior does not recur.
