Key Experience: Colin has over 20 years' experience in the assessment and implementation of noise and vibration control. For over ten years, he has managed multidisciplinary environmental projects including the assessment of noise. His specialist experience includes: monitoring of noise, noise modelling and mapping as well as assessment. He is also
experienced in the preparation and presentation of expert evidence in connection with litigation and at Public Inquiries and as recently given evidence at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in relation
to Heathrow Night Flights.

Key skills can be summarised as follows:
* Contaminated land site investigation and Remediation.
* Project management including personnel, contractual, proposals,
budgets, quality control and health and safety.
* Writing and reviewing factual and interpretive reports,
proposals, remedial actions plans, risk assessments and management
plans.
* Air quality monitoring, environmental impact assessment.
* Environmental data provision and interpretation.
