Established in 1988 by H. Harvey Cohen, Ph.D., CPE, Error Analysis, Inc. is a human factors expert group providing consulting and expert witness services to attorneys, insurance companies, government, and businesses throughout the U.S. and abroad.

All professional staff have graduate degrees and board certifications. Experts are highly experienced in human factors and safety research (150+ scientific publications and 8 books and book chapters), consulting (over 7,500 injury investigations) and testimony (approximately 1,250 depositions and 350 trials).
